Equipped4sport is an online sports retailer, who freshsauce have been working with from day one of them opening on the internet.
The e-commerce store features, a wide range of products which are maintained through a backend admin area which also manages customer orders, stock categories, brands and product feedback. The front end allows customers to browse/search for sports kit and purchase it securely paying via a Protx integration.
When a customer views a product other related products are shown to encourage customers to browse around.
When an order has been placed the customer is emailed an invoice, emailed on order dispatch and finally 10 days after order dispatch emailed to ask for feedback on the buying experience and products purchased. The feedback is then displayed along side products in the store to give new customers product reviews, to encourage confidence and increase the likely hood of new sales.
The stores URLs and page content have been optimised for search engine discovery, and a google base feed of all products is generated weekly to further make the stores products visible on the internet.
Orders can also be manaully created by Equipped4sport so that telephone orders are managed in the same way as those placed directly by customers over the internet.
